I love, love, LOVE Affi’s Aubergine! I discovered this stuff years ago (back in the late 90’s) and would eat it with pasta and crumbled feta cheese. Now I eat it with gluten-free pasta for dinner or as a dip with Nuthins that I can serve as an appetizer or snack at parties. The eggplant is fire-roasted giving it a smoky flavor that is so addicting! It’s made with all natural ingredients and definitely low-carb and guilt-free (and vegan, too!) I have only been able to find this at Whole Foods Market or at our local farmers’ market. Check out Affi’s website for more sauces and dips.
