This Hazelnut Nutella Sauce is TO DIE FOR!!! I can’t even explain it to you in words. You’ll just have to take my word for it. It’s gluten-free and low-carb, and can be vegan, sugar-free, and dairy-free! All you need to do is add cream*, milk, soy milk, almond milk, or coconut milk to your Nutella. (*Adding cream makes your sauce richer.) The ratio is 2:1.
- 1/2 cup of Homemade Guilt-Free Nutella
- 1/4 cup of milk/cream
If your Nutella is at room temperature, just stir in your milk/cream. If your Nutella has been chilling in the fridge, then microwave the mixture for 20-30 seconds, then stir together. It’s delicious over bananas, Silver Dollar pancakes or as an ice cream topping. (… and by itself, too! It’s like hazelnut pudding. :))
(Note: This is an excellent solution if you didn’t successfully get your Homemade Guilt-Free Nutella to reach its desired smoothness.)
