Happy Easter!

It’s okay to indulge as long as it’s in moderation. If you can’t resist the temptation of all the sweets around you, go for dark chocolate. The higher the cocoa content, the less number of carbs (at least 72%). And if you find dark chocolate covered almonds, even better! Nuts are an important source of nutrients so at least you’re technically not cheating. 🙂
