Stevia is my sugar substitute sweetener of choice. I usually use Stevia Extract in baking and have to figure out how to convert it to the sugar equivalent measurement. It’s not a lot of work converting it but sometimes I just don’t want to have to think “1/3 tsp of Stevia equals 1 tsp of sugar, so then 3 tbsp of sugar means I would need…” But then I found this at a local fine foods grocery store*: Stevia in the Raw! I love this stuff!!! No conversion needed. One tablespoon equals one tablespoon. Can’t go wrong with that!
