Are you missing pasta? Then you’ll love Miracle Noodles. It’s ZERO calories, ZERO carbs, gluten-free, and soy-free. That’s why it’s a miracle. I had a chance to try Miracle Noodles, and let me tell you… They’re pretty good. I can’t even tell the difference between eating these noodles versus regular Asian noodles. The texture and taste (actually they have no taste) is very similar to Vietnamese vermicelli. You can eat them as a side dish with just about anything! It’s easy to prepare, too. Just rinse the noodles then blanch them in boiling water for one minute then drain.
The other night I stir-fried some green veggies (broccoli, romanesca and green beans) with shrimp and had a side of Miracle Noodles. Dinner (or lunch) is served! And it’s delicious and nutritious! I don’t miss rice at all with this stuff.
